hallo YPK,
I appreciate this great idea and effort of bringing young people and professions together. This is certainly a good platform of great things in the future and it also means raising a new generation with a difference in the society.
I would like to join this team but currently am not working.I have followed the events and activities you undertake but it left me thinking as if I would feel disadvantaged because of the contributions.
Please advice.

this is a very interesting piece! i agree with some of the points you have stated but i would also like to add that this kind of leadership requires a multi-dimensional leader one that can adapt and respond to the ever changing business world and society. but at the rate and direction the world is heading to, i think that leadership, businesses and the corporate world will be redefined.
