2012 PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FORECAST
2012 will be a year with a difference in relation to Professional Development… We have brilliant and exciting programs just for you..
Our action plan for the year is summarized as hereunder:-
1. Motivational Forums : We look at having various motivational speakers who shall speak on varioustopics e.g. Sunny Bhindra, Joyce Mbaya and many more.
2. Social (Life Skills) Forums: We invite relationship experts like Gertrude Mungai, Pastor Kitoko to mention just but a few. As we are all gearing towards maintain healthy lifestyles, we shall look at bringing on board a nutritionist, a fitness expert, even get in a doctor to talk to us on health matters, and probably organize screening for cancer etc
3. Business forums : Invite leading or up and coming entrepreneurs and or financial consultants who will give us guide on how to invest wisely for the future.
4. We also look at partnering with professional bodies like ICPAK where people get points for attending talks sponsored by us
5. We also are looking at partnering with recruitment agencies to assist our YPs who will be in search of employment.
6. We are also looking at partnering with various trainers to come up with suitable workshops and seminars
7. In collaboration with Social Events docket, we look at having some great events lined up in the year…
And in addition with this, we are looking at having a corporate arrangement with various institutions whereby our members will enjoy great discounts and amazing packages..
